Certificall Application Login Guide

Welcome to the Certificall application! This guide is intended to explain how to log into the application, using either your company's shared Certilink or your personal credentials (username and password). Each login method offers distinct features to meet your specific needs when using the application.

Login with Username and Password​

Logging in with a username and password allows you to be individually identified on the application. This method provides personal access to your past work and a backup of your progress.

Login Steps with Personal Credentials:​

  1. Obtaining Credentials: Your username and password are provided by your company manager.

  2. Launching the Application: Open the Certificall application on your mobile device.

  3. Entering Credentials: On the login screen, choose the username/password login option. Then enter the credentials that were assigned to you.

  4. Accessing Your Personal Space: Once logged in, you will have access to a history of your created certificates, as well as the ability to save and resume your work in progress.

  1. Obtaining the Certilink: The Certilink can be sent to you by email or SMS by the company that created it.

  2. Launching the Application: Open the Certificall application by clicking on the Certilink, you will be automatically authenticated and the frame selected during Certilink creation will be displayed.

  3. Entering the Certilink: If the link is not clickable or does not work, copy it and on the login screen, select the Certilink login option, then paste the link that was provided to you.
