Available Roles

In Certificall, there are primarily two user roles with distinct access on the admin interface: Reseller and Manager, as well as a User role focused on using the mobile application for creating certificates.

1. Reseller

The Reseller role is designed for users who are responsible for managing not only their own company but also child companies. This role includes the ability to create users and assign resources and configurations to these companies.

Capabilities:

  • Create child companies and manage their information.
  • Create and manage users for their own company and for child companies.
  • Modify administrative contacts for their company and child companies.
  • Adjust quotas for themselves and for child companies.
  • Access and manage certificates generated by their company and child companies.
  • Create frames and configure company options, including public certificate viewing.

2. Manager

The Manager role is assigned to end users who manage their own company on Certificall. This role allows autonomous management of aspects related to their company, without access to data or configurations of other companies.

Capabilities:

  • Manage their own company's information.
  • Create and manage users and administrative contacts for their company.
  • Manage certificates generated by their company.
  • Configure their company's options, including the ability to make certificates publicly visible.

3. User (Mobile Application Usage)

The User role is specifically designed for those who use the Certificall mobile application. This role is centered on creating and managing digital certificates, without direct access to the admin interface.

Capabilities:

  • Use the mobile application to create digital certificates.
  • Access pre-defined frames for certificate creation.
  • Manage certificates they have created, with the ability to view, share, or download them.

Limitations:

  • Users with this role do not have access to the Certificall administrator interface.
  • They cannot manage company information, users, or configurations beyond creating and managing their own certificates.
