Administrator Interface Documentation for Certificall

Overview​

The Certificall administrator interface is designed to provide a comprehensive overview and efficient management of your activities. It is divided into two main sections:

Quotas Section​

  • Purpose: Provides a summary of the total number of subscribed photos and the number of photos already used.

Certificate Summary​

  • Purpose: Displays a table detailing the created certificates, with several key entries:

Table Entries​

  1. Status:

    • In Progress / Not Completed (Red): The certificate is still being created.
    • Completed Successfully (Green): The certificate is finalized.

  2. Ref: Certificate name.

  3. Creation Date: Indicates when the certificate was created.

  4. Closing Date: If the status is green, this entry shows the certificate finalization date.

  5. Shareable Certificate:

    • Allows making the certificate accessible via a sharing link.
    • Note: This option can be enabled by default during registration if specified. By default, sharing is not enabled.

  6. Public Link: The certificate sharing link, available if the sharing option is enabled.

  7. Associated Report: Allows associating a report identifier with the certificate, if applicable.

  8. Actions: Options to delete, view, or download the folder.
